Due to the current financial crisis, as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Bishop’s Social Justice Fund is unable to allocate further grants until further notice. We deeply regret this, and will update this page once the financial position has stabilised.
To explore other potential funding opportunities to address the impact of Covid-19 in Lincolnshire contact Sue Fortune on 01529 305825.
The fund was established, following a partnership between the Diocese of Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Community Foundation to address social justice issues across Greater Lincolnshire. Grant awards will be up to £5,000 with a panel of seven independent trustees sitting three times per year to consider applications.
Applications for grants are invited from any local group in greater Lincolnshire involved in social justice work. Projects eligible for funding include those delivering impact against the following priorities: social cohesion, isolation, poverty, the elderly and children and young people.
The closing dates for applications are the 14 January, 14 May and 14 September every year
If you have any queries about the application process, or would like to meet to discuss your application in more detail, please contact Sue Fortune on 01529 305825.
