										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a new funding opportunity designed to support communities across Greater Lincolnshire, with a focus on projects creating employment, training and skills opportunities, helping local people to thrive now and in the future.</p>
<p><strong>Before completing an application, it is vital you are able to demonstrate a strong and clear link to one or more of the Fund Themes. Please note, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">priority will be given to projects that create employment and training opportunities for people living in disadvantaged rural communities.</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Fund Themes &amp; Priorities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Overcoming barriers to employment</li>
<li>Working in partnership to create strong integrated local communities</li>
<li>Digital inclusion</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About The Grants</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Area of benefit: North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire and parts of Lincolnshire (<a href="https://lincolnshirecf.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/MAPS.zip">Please refer to these maps to ensure </a><a href="https://lincolnshirecf.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/MAPS.zip">your project is eligible)</a>.</li>
<li>We aim to distribute around £42,500.00 per year.</li>
<li>Grants are for a maximum of £5,000.00 per round, one grant to be held at any one time (likely award to be in the region of £2,000.00)</li>
<li> Closing dates are on 1 May and 1 November every year.</li>
<li> Decisions to be notified within eight weeks of closing date.</li>
<li> All funds to be spent within a year of receipt or otherwise agreed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What Can’t we fund?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Financing or spending which has already taken place, deficits or loans.</li>
<li>Statutory provision</li>
<li>General appeals or fundraising</li>
<li>Organisations based outside the area of benefit</li>
<li>Party Political or predominantly religious activities</li>
<li>Fabric of religious buildings</li>
<li>Individuals</li>
<li>Grant making bodies applying for funding to redistribute to others.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we are unlikely to fund</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Projects that do not clearly address one of the fund themes.</li>
<li>Bids from national or regional organisations</li>
<li>Organisations without a strong local track record</li>
<li>Projects without a clear sustainability plan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Examples of how funding can be utilised</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Running costs and overheads</li>
<li>Resources &amp; Equipment</li>
<li>Volunteer recruitment &amp; training</li>
<li>Building improvements</li>
</ul>
<p>Applicants may be constituted voluntary and community groups, registered charities, social enterprises, companies limited by guarantee without share capital, CICs and CIOs. However, the fund is not meant to replace government or other statutory funding, therefore the application must be for a project not eligible for central or local government funding or other statutory funding. National or Regional organisations are unlikely to receive funding unless they have a local management.</p>
<p><strong>Process</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The grant scheme is managed by the Lincolnshire Community Foundation (charity number 1196448), a grant making Trust. The Q Futures Community Fund panel operates under the umbrella of the Foundation and is made up of representative from the Foundation and community. <p><strong>What supporting documentation you will need to submit at time of application?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Constitution or set of rules</li>
<li>A local management board or committee (names and addresses) If only 2 Directors/Trustees/Management committee they should not be related/living at the same address.</li>
<li>A recent bank or building society statement for all accounts in the organisation’s name with at least two cheque signatories (not related/living at the same address)</li>
<li>Up to date annual accounts/income and expenditure account. (if running for less than a year, please provide 3-6months worth of bank statements)</li>
<li>Safeguarding policy (If you organisation works with children or vulnerable adults).</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Who can apply?</b></p>
<p>This scheme is open to not-for-profit constituted community groups, registered charities and social enterprises delivering projects in Greater Lincolnshire</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>How much can you apply for?</b></p>
<p>Grants of up to £10,000 can be applied for by prospective applicants. Bids can be for revenue costs, including running costs, and small capital costs.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>What can be funded?</b></p>
<p>Projects must align with the aims of the Michael Cornish Core Grants Programme, addressing at least one of the following priority themes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Young People</li>
<li>Care Leavers</li>
<li>Families</li>
<li>Homeless/Ex-Offenders</li>
<li>Victims of Domestic Abuse or Sexual Violence</li>
<li>Alleviating Poverty</li>
<li>Core Strength</li>
<li>Isolation/Mental Health</li>
</ul>

<p><b>What cannot be funded?</b></p>
<p>The following aspects cannot or are unlikely to be funded through this Scheme.</p>

<li>Projects promoting religious or political beliefs.</li>

<p><b>How do I apply?</b></p>
<p>Please complete the application form and all supporting documentation (listed in the application form) accessible through the orange ‘Download Application’ button. <b>Please note that by clicking this button, you will be diverted to our external grants platform, operated securely and confidentially through Plinth which we use to take in and assess applications. You will need to create an account by setting up a username and password—this only needs to be done once. Your account will store details of any previous applications submitted, which may be helpful if you are applying to multiple funds.</b></p>
<p><b>Where you are unable to create an account, a copy of the application form may be provided upon request from the Grants Manager which can then be completed and then emailed or posted back to the relevant Grant Manager.</b></p>

<p><b>If I’m successful, what will happen next?</b></p>
<p>We will generally notify you within six weeks of a closing date with the outcome of your application. If you are awarded a grant, it will be paid directly to the bank account listed in your application. Payments are usually made in advance.</p>
<p>You MUST spend your grant either within 1 year or within the timeline set by LCF and provide feedback halfway through your project (if longer than 6 months) and upon conclusion of project spend and completion of work. We’ll tell you more about this if you are successful.</p>

<p><b>What do you do with my application?</b></p>
<p>We’ll email you to confirm we have received your application once you have submitted your form. If we have any further questions or need additional information during our in-house assessment period, the Grantmaker for this Scheme, Cavan Collins, will be in touch to discuss this with you.</p>
<p>Lincolnshire Community Foundation will then arrange a meeting with Michael Cornish Core Grants Programme Panel members to discuss your application further, so they can determine what awards should be made, taking into consideration, amongst other aspects:</p>

<li>what impact your project will have on Greater Lincolnshire residents</li>
<li>how well your project fits with the objectives of the Fund</li>

<p>Staff and Trustees at Lincolnshire Community Foundation (LCF) in conjunction with East Lindsey District Council are pleased to present the East Lindsey Investment Fund GRASSroots Grant Scheme which aims to support community-led efforts in East Lindsey which invest in and restore their community spaces and create the foundations for growth at neighbourhood level. The intention of this Fund is to strengthen the social fabric of communities, create opportunities for social connections to develop and thrive as well as further develop access to services for local residents.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Who can apply?</strong></p>
<p>This scheme is open to not-for-profit community groups, registered charities, social enterprises and town and parish councils delivering projects in the District of East Lindsey.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>How much can you apply for?</strong></p>
<p>Grants of up to £24,999 can be applied for by prospective applicants. This includes capital and revenue costs.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What can be funded?</strong></p>
<p>Projects must align with the aims of the East Lindsey Investment Fund, particularly around its target area of community development. Prospective projects must should address themes identified by East Lindsey residents and address one or more of the following priorities:</p>
<p>&#8211; Community Facilities<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>&#8211; Community Cohesion</p>
<p>&#8211; Core Strength</p>
<p>&#8211; Digital Exclusion &amp; Transport</p>
<p>&#8211; Young People<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>&#8211; Older People <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>&#8211; Heritage, arts &amp; culture</p>
<p>&#8211; Energy efficiency for community buildings</p>

<p><strong>What cannot be funded?</strong></p>
<p>The following aspects cannot or are unlikely to be funded through this Scheme.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&#8211; Projects with a total cost exceeding £5,000 need to evidence match funding of at least 20% of the total project value, whether through other financial sources or an in kind contribution. If applicants are unable to reach the match funding element, please contact the ELIF GRASSroots Team.</p>
<p>&#8211; Projects promoting religious or political beliefs. Places of worship will be considered, and will need to demonstrate the project is actively open and welcoming to people from all faiths and backgrounds and to the wider community.</p>
<p>&#8211; Capital works to domestic properties<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>&#8211; Individuals<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>&#8211; General contributions to large appeals unless the majority of match funding support is in place<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Object of the Fund</strong></span><br />
To support local charities, clubs, groups and organisations improving the lives of people living within Sutton Bridge.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Applicants</strong></span><br />
Applications will be considered from registered charities, constituted community groups or social enterprises.</p>
<p>A Church or Parish Council can apply, where there is a benefit for the wider community eg an application to cover the general maintenance costs is unlikely be considered, however costs for a kitchen/toilet area in a church would be considered.</p>
<p>School PTAs may apply; however, the project should not be limited to curriculum hours, and needs to clearly demonstrate there is a wider community benefit.</p>
<p>The Fund is not meant to replace government or other statutory funding; in all cases therefore, the application must be for a project that is not eligible for central or local government or other statutory funding. National or Regional organisations are unlikely to receive funding.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Fund Themes</strong></span><br />
Grants are available for practical projects that contribute to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Education &amp; training</li>
<li>Biodiversity &amp; habitat conservation</li>
<li>Vibrant, healthy, successful, and sustainable communities</li>
<li>Promoting community spirit and encourage community activity</li>
<li> Improving outdoor spaces</li>
<li>History &amp; heritage.</li>
</ul>
<p>Funding can be provided to cover running costs, building improvements, equipment, travel, venue hire, telephone, refreshments, volunteer costs/training etc. and must meet an identified need in the community.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Examples of Fundable Projects</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education &amp; training</strong> (Costs relating to running workshops)</li>
<li><strong>Biodiversity &amp; habitat conservation</strong> (Species support &#8211; bats and bird boxes, habitat creation with hedges, woodland, fens, ponds, meadows etc)</li>
<li><strong>Vibrant, healthy, successful, and sustainable communities</strong> (projects that improve the health or education outcomes for families, reducing unemployment &amp; raise household income, projects supporting the local economy)</li>
<li><strong>Promoting community spirit and encourage community activity</strong> (support for meeting places – community centres, village halls, church halls etc.)</li>
<li><strong>Improving outdoor spaces</strong> (playing fields, public gardens, accessible woodland etc)</li>
<li><strong>History &amp; heritage</strong> (projects supporting cultural and heritage awareness, helping to restore local features in the area be it historic buildings, monuments, sites, parks or gardens.)</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About The Grants</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>We aim to distribute around £20,000 per year</li>
<li>Grants are for a maximum of £5,000 in any one year</li>
<li>Applications for up to £10,000 towards large capital projects may be considered where prior approval to submit a bid has been given</li>
<li>Closing date for receipt of completed applications and supporting documents 1 May annually.</li>
<li>Decisions to be notified within eight weeks of closing date</li>
<li>All funds to be spent within a year of receipt, or as otherwise agreed.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What Can’t we fund?</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Party Political or predominantly religious activities</li>
<li>Individuals</li>
<li>Statutory provision</li>
<li>Animal welfare</li>
<li>General contributions to large appeals</li>
<li>Grant making bodies applying for funding to redistribute to others</li>
<li>Retrospective expenditure or unsustainable deficits or loans</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What supporting documentation do you need to apply?</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Constitution or set of rules</li>
<li>A local management board or committee (names and addresses)</li>
<li>A recent bank or building society account in the organisation’s name with at least two signatories.</li>
<li>Up to date annual accounts or recent, annual income and expenditure account.</li>
<li>Other relevant policies and procedures (vulnerable adults’ policy, equal opportunities)</li>
<li>Quotes where applicable for items/work requested.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Fund Management</strong></span><br />
The grant scheme is managed by the Lincolnshire Community Foundation, and the Sutton Bridge Solar Farm Community Fund Panel operates under the umbrella of the Foundation made up of residents. The Panel meets once a year to consider grant applications.</p>
<p>The Foundation will use your data for administration purposes. As some of the information may be classified as “personal data” it will be processed in accordance with the rights and obligations of the Data Protection Act 2018.</p>

<p>We are working in partnership with SWEF to provide <strong>two different business grants</strong> to young entrepreneurs, that are aged between 18-30 across Greater Lincolnshire</p>
<p><u><strong>SWEF Start- Up grants</strong> </u></p>
<p>These grants are for individuals whose business is still in the <strong>start-up or pre-revenue phase and are are yet to make any income or sales.</strong> This grant provides <strong>up to £500</strong> to cover essential costs as you turn your business idea into reality. The funding is to cover initial costs such as essential equipment, materials, stock, website building, product development and training. </p>

<p>These grants are for individuals whose business has <strong>already started trading</strong> and is <strong>less than 2 years old</strong>. This funding can be used for expanding operations, upgrading equipment, or other business needs that will help increase your revenues. </p>

<p><strong><u>How do I apply?</u></strong></p>



<p><strong>Please complete the application form and send your business plan, 12 months sales forecast and 12-month cashflow forecast to </strong><a href="mailto:info@lincolnshirecf.co.uk"><strong>claire</strong></a><a href="mailto:info@lincolnshirecf.co.uk"><strong>@lincolnshirecf.co.uk</strong></a><strong> where it will be saved alongside your application.</strong></p>



<p>We may also invite you to an online meeting to tell us in more details about your business.  If this is the case, we will email you to arrange a date and time.</p>



<p><strong><u>If I’m successful, what will happen next?</u></strong></p>



<p>If you are awarded a grant, it will be paid directly to you by bank transfer, this will need to be paid to a business bank account, either in your business or sole trader name, if you are unable to provide this you will need to let us know why.</p>



<p>You MUST spend your grant within 1 year and provide feedback at 6 months and 12 months after you received the grant offer. We’ll tell you more about that if you are successful.</p>



<p>We may ask for further information, evidence to confirm the information within your application, or the contact details of a referee. A referee is a person who can tell us about your character or abilities and can confirm your circumstances. This might be a tutor, or someone who you have worked for<strong>. If we would like you to provide further information, evidence or a referee we will ask you.</strong></p>



<p><strong>What do you do with my application?</strong></p>



<p>We’ll email you to confirm we have received your application once you have submitted your form online. If we have any further questions or need additional information a member of our Grants Team will be in touch within two weeks.</p>
<p>We use a platform called Plinth to collate our applications, full details of how we use and store your data can be found on our privacy policy. </p>



<p>Lincolnshire Community Foundation and SWEF will then decide who to invite to a meeting to discuss their application further, and then to whom we’ll award grants, taking into consideration:</p>

<li>whether or not you meet the criteria for the fund (rules)</li>



<li>the plan for your business</li>



<li>how a grant would help you to start that business and/or make it more successful.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Staff and Trustees at Lincolnshire Community Foundation (LCF) in conjunction with the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) are excited to announce the final Round of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund GRASSroots Grant Fund (UKSPF). This has been made possible through Council UKSPF contracting savings and brings another opportunity for not-for-profit community groups, charities, social enterprises and parish and town councils to invest in and restore community places and spaces. The intention of this Fund is to build pride in place by improving local community facilities, and create opportunities for social connections to develop and thrive.</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Who can apply to this Application Round?</strong></p>
<p>This scheme is open to not-for-profit community groups, registered charities, social enterprises and town and parish councils delivering projects impacting residents in East Lindsey and South Holland. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>How much can you apply for?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Grants of up to £10,000 can be applied for by prospective applicants delivering in East Lindsey and South Holland.</li>
<li>Funding is available to support revenue and capital projects.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What can be funded in this Round?</strong></p>
<p>Projects must align with the aims of the UKSPF, demonstrate they improve the wellbeing of residents in East Lindsey and South Holland, help strengthen communities and address one or more of the following priorities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Capital costs to improve and widen use of community buildings and smaller meeting places.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Projects that enhance community transport infrastructure</li>
<li>Community &amp; neighbourhood projects/activities which bring together and support groups of people</li>
<li>Projects that develop new local arts, cultural and heritage activities</li>
<li>Impactful volunteering and/or social action projects</li>
<li>Community projects aimed at reducing the cost of living</li>
<li>Projects that improve digital connectivity in local community facilities</li>
<li>Local regeneration projects which engage the wider community</li>
<li>Capacity building projects that increase resilience and sustainability</li>
</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What cannot be funded in this Round?</strong></p>
<p>The following aspects cannot or are unlikely to be funded through this Scheme.</p>
<ul>
<li>Projects with a total cost exceeding £5,000 need to evidence match funding of at least 20% of the total project value, whether through other financial sources or an in kind contribution. If applicants are unable to reach the match funding element, please contact the UKSPF GRASSroots Team.</li>
<li>Projects that have a bid value higher than £10,000. Any project with a total project value surpassing £10,000 must evidence match funding (either financial or in-kind)</li>
<li>Projects promoting religious or political beliefs. Places of worship can be considered, but will need to demonstrate the project is actively open and welcoming to people from all faiths and backgrounds and to the wider community.</li>
<li>Capital works to domestic properties<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Individuals<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>General contributions to large appeals unless the majority of match funding support is in place<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Projects not taking place in the area of benefit (East Lindsey and South Holland)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Grant making bodies applying for funding to redistribute to others<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Retrospective expenditure or unsustainable deficits or loans<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Funding for capital projects (play equipment, outdoor gym equipment etc) where there has been no local consultation<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Renewable energy sources such as solar panels<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Requests for large capital projects where match funding has not been secured<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Projects that cannot spend funding, deliver work, AND report on impact by 9th August 2026.</li>
<li>Projects where the applicant has a limited track record in local delivery<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>A project that requires substantial capacity building (e.g. specialist recruitment)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Activity that duplicates pre-existing private or public sector funding or activity that the applicant has a statutory duty to undertake.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Schools or parent-teacher associations (PTAs)</li>
<li>National or regional organisations<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Applicants holding grants from other UKSPF funding schemes. Please get in touch with the UKSPF GRASSroots Team if you do hold another UKSPF  grant so we can assess if you are eligible for this Scheme.</li>

<p><strong>How do I apply?</strong></p>
<p>Please complete the application form by clicking the orange ‘Download Application’ button. Please return the completed application to the Fund lead: helen@lincolnshirecf.co.uk</p>
<p>Once submitted, applications are reviewed, summarised, and presented to the Panel by the Foundation, within four weeks of the fund’s closing date. You may be contacted by the Grants Manager following submission if further information or supporting documents are required.</p>

<p><strong>If I’m successful, what will happen next?</strong></p>
<p>We will notify you within four weeks of a closing date with the outcome of your application. If you are awarded a grant, it will be paid directly to the bank account listed in your application. Payments are usually made in arrears. However, when an applicant does not have the financial resource to cover project costs, payments may be made in advance or in staged payments.</p>
<p>You MUST spend your grant and complete all grant-related activity by 9th August 2026 and provide feedback upon conclusion of project spend and completion of work. We’ll tell you more about this if you are successful.</p>

<p><strong>What do you do with my application?</strong></p>
<p>We’ll email you to confirm we have received your application once you have submitted your form. If we have any further questions or need additional information during our in-house assessment period, the Grants Manager for this Scheme or supporting Grantmakers will be in touch to discuss this with you.</p>

<p>To support voluntary and community sector organisations deliver projects that improve the lives of people living in North East Lincolnshire.</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>About the Grants</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>We aim to distribute approximately £40,000 a year.</li>
<li>Grants may be from £200 to £2,500.</li>
<li>A shorter application form is available for bids up to £500.</li>
<li>Groups can only hold one grant at any one time.</li>
<li>Closing dates on 1 January and 1 June each year.</li>
<li>Payments are normally made in advance.</li>
<li>Decisions notified within 6-8 weeks of closing date.</li>
<li>All funds should be spent within a year of receipt unless otherwise agreed.</li>
<li>Funding will be prioritised for smaller grassroots organisations. As such, organisations with a turnover of more than £1M are not eligible to apply.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility/Supporting documentation</strong></p>
<p>Not for profit community groups, registered charities, social enterprises, sports organisations etc. All applicants should have/submit:</p>
<ul>
<li>Constitution/Governing document (advice available)</li>
<li>A local management board or committee</li>
<li>A bank or building society account in the organisation’s name with at least two signatories who are not related or living in the same household</li>
<li>Income and Expenditure Account (or last three months Bank Statements, if a new group)</li>
<li>Evidence that the balance of project costs is in place</li>
<li>Other relevant policies and procedures (safeguarding policy, equal opportunities etc)</li>
<li>Any additional information.</li>
</ul>
<p>Projects from School PTA’s, Churches and Parish Councils may also be considered however, The Humber Gateway Community Fund is not meant to replace government or other statutory funding.  For example, an application to refurbish a kitchen in the church hall, that will have a wider community benefit or to print the programme for a community event, would be considered. An application to cover the general maintenance costs of a school, church or parish building would not be accepted.</p>
<p>National or Regional organisations are unlikely to receive funding.</p>
<p><strong>What can be funded</strong>:</p>
<p>Generally, grants are available for practical or educational projects that contribute to the following themes:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong><em>Community Cohesion</em></strong>: Diversionary activities for young, intergenerational projects, arts, culture and heritage projects and facilities that improve wellbeing and help strengthen the community.</li>
<li><strong><em>Young People</em></strong>: Provision of activities or facilities and opportunities, workshops, educational outings (but not overseas travel), equipment, kit and resources to deliver projects.</li>
<li><strong><em>Community Facilities</em></strong><em>: </em>Support for meeting places including running costs (community centres, village halls, playing fields) and projects to enhance or improve energy efficiency.</li>
<li><strong><em>Older People</em></strong><em>: </em>Integration projects; projects tackling isolation, loneliness and dementia, volunteer costs, carer sitter and companionship.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What cannot be funded:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Projects promoting religious or political beliefs;</li>
<li>Individuals;</li>
<li>Statutory provision</li>
<li>Animal welfare</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Help for new or existing community groups, charities and other not for profit organisations.</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Grants may be made for charitable purposes to help Ukrainian refugees integrate into their local communities in Lincolnshire.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Applicants should clearly demonstrate how they are responding to the immediate and future needs of Ukrainian refugees and able to deliver support before 1 March 2027.  Priority may be given to will be given to projects that improve employment skills, expand language provision, and support access to visa services and associated administrative support.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Organisations that have previously benefited from this fund must have submitted a satisfactory Final Impact Report prior to applying for additional funding.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Applicants will need to submit an application form, governing documentation, committee details, recent financial accounts, and a detailed cost breakdown with evidence.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The purpose of the fund is to strengthen existing community provision and promote long-term sustainability, ensuring continued support for Ukrainian refugees as they access essential services and integrate into local communities. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Priority:</strong></p>
<p>Funding will be targeted at organisations that deliver positive outcomes, supporting current and ongoing needs of Ukrainian refugees living in Lincolnshire, ensuring their health and wellbeing is maintained.  For example, projects could include, but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Reducing isolation and vulnerability and promoting cohesion</li>
<li>Maintaining good health and mental wellbeing</li>
<li>Tackling the impacts of financial hardship (access to benefits, employment advice)</li>
<li>Help to make promote connectivity (e.g. digital inclusion, peer support groups) </li>
<li>Skills and cultural awareness opportunities</li>
<li>Funding to support refugees moving into independent accommodation.</li>
<li>Assisting with e-Visa transition &amp; Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme applications</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Project costs considered: </strong>resource to directly support vulnerable and/or isolated Ukrainian refugees, programme running costs/overheads; resources and equipment, digital resources, counselling support, volunteer costs and expenses, travel costs, an appropriate contribution towards fixed costs, materials etc.</p>

<p><strong>Who can apply:</strong></p>
<p>Voluntary and community organisations, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Registered charities, including charitable incorporated organisations; constituted organisations and non-registered charities;</li>
<li>Community interest companies and community benefit societies;</li>
<li>Parish and town councils (if the funded activity is not deemed part of their statutory duties)</li>
<li>Churches and other religious organisations (if the funded activity is not deemed to be proselytising);</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Who can’t apply:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Statutory bodies such as district councils or health institutions</li>
<li>Political or predominantly religious activities</li>
<li>Statutory provision</li>
<li>Animal welfare</li>
<li>General contributions to large appeals</li>
<li>Improvements to land/buildings</li>
<li>Building work/purchase of vehicles</li>
<li>Grant making bodies applying for funding to redistribute to others</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>About The Grants</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>We aim to distribute around £100,000</li>
<li>Grants are for a maximum of £10,000 subject to funding availability</li>
<li>Payments are normally made in advance</li>
<li>Closing dates: 10th May 2026 decisions to be notified within 4-6 weeks of closing date</li>
<li>All grants to be spent by 1 March 2027</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li>Voluntary or Community organisations in Lincolnshire (not including North and North East Lincolnshire). Not statutory agencies.</li>

<li>Priority is given to locally run and managed. We are unlikely to fund organisations that are local branches/organisations of a larger regional or national organisation, unless they can evidence local need and engagement.</li>
</ol>

<p><em>Crime reduction: </em>Funds can be used for young people (diversionary activities, projects that raise aspirations or reduce isolation); intergenerational activities (reduce fear of crime, promote community cohesion); </p>
<p><strong><u>What Can we Fund? <br /><br /></u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>We can fund local projects that encourage and/or assist those included in the target group.</li>
<li>We can provide funding to cover running costs, equipment, travel, venue hire, telephone, stationery, refreshments, volunteer training and activities that meet an identified need.</li>
<li>Whatever we fund must be of benefit for your local community</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Political or predominantly religious activities</li>

<li>All funds to be spent within a year of receipt</li>
