This theme aids in the identification of potential pockets of deprivation in terms of Overall Needs within the Greater Lincolnshire area. It utilises all sixteen previous LVIS themes ranging from ‘LVIS – Arts and Culture’ to ‘LVIS – Social Justice and Inequality’ amongst the rest. When interrogated the theme both identifies and highlights pockets of high potential Overall Needs deprivation within the City of Lincoln, North Lincolnshire, and North East Lincolnshire Local Authority Districts.
