This theme aids in the identification of potential pockets of deprivation in terms of Digital Exclusion within the Greater Lincolnshire area. It utilises a variety of reputable Digital Exclusion-based datasets ranging from ‘Prevalence of Households Unable to Receive Decent Broadband (10Mbit/s)’ to ‘Urban and Rural Classification’ amongst many others. When interrogated the theme both identifies and highlights pockets of high potential Digital Exclusion deprivation within the East Lindsey Local Authority District.
