Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF)
The Crisis & Resilience Fund is a UK Government initiative delivered by Lincolnshire County Council, with Lincolnshire Community Foundation administering a range of support schemes on the Council’s behalf. The fund provides financial assistance to eligible households experiencing hardship, helping people meet essential costs during times of crisis.

FAQs
How do I apply?
You can apply online at www.lincolnshirecf.co.uk/crf. Simply select your District by clicking on the map or the District name.
If you are unable to apply online, you can leave a message on our callback service (01529 572575), and a member of the team will complete the application with you over the phone.
Am I eligible?
Eligibility criteria are set by Lincolnshire County Council.

What documents do I need?
To process your application, we require:
- A recent bank statement from all bank accounts
- An invoice or proof of your last payment from your oil supplier
- Applicants may be required to provide evidence that their oil tank is near to being empty.
Both documents must clearly show the applicant’s name and/or the address on the application.
How long will it take to get a response?
We aim to respond within 2 working days of receiving your application. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your application has been submitted.
Can I apply for someone else?
Yes, you can apply on behalf of someone else, but you must have their permission and access to the required documents.
Please note, we can only accept one application per household.
What is a household?
A household is defined as a single property served by one heating oil tank.
Only one application can be made per oil tank. If a building is divided into separate flats with their own oil supply, each may apply separately. If the oil tank is shared, only one application can be submitted.
How will I receive the payment?
If your application is approved, you will receive a £300 e-voucher by email.
You will need to contact your oil supplier and provide the voucher details, similar to making a card payment.
If sucessful applicants are struggling to download a voucher, our team are happy to assist to ensure appropriate support is given.
For applicants who are digitally isolated we can download these on your behalf and send via post.
If your order exceeds £300, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
How long will it take to receive my voucher?
We aim to send your voucher within 2 working days of your application being approved
If sucessful applicants are struggling to download a voucher, our team are happy to assist to ensure appropriate support is given.
For applicants who are digitally isolated we can download these on your behalf and send via post.
What if I do not have an email address?
Please tell us on your application if you are unable to receive or download a voucher. We can print and post it to you.
Please be aware that postal delivery may take longer than 2 working days.

Can I use the voucher for anything else?
No. Vouchers can only be used to pay for heating oil and cannot be used for any other purpose.
How is my application considered?
Every application is looked at individually by the CRF team at Lincolnshire Community Foundation, using the criteria set by Lincolnshire County Council.
We use secure systems to manage applications, but all decisions are made by our team.

Why was my application unsuccessful?
You will be told the reason in your outcome email. This will usually be because the application did not meet the criteria.
All decisions are made carefully and are final.
