Grant Overview

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH OBTAINING FUNDING FROM LINCOLNSHIRE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, PLEASE NOTE PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED FUNDING AND YOU MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

Refugees who have been here for some months may need support as they transition from living with a host to moving into their own home to live independently. At the same time, refugees who continue to arrive may need support to help them settle into their new environment. Any refugee fleeing their homeland of Ukraine can apply to the fund for support.

Grants are available for essential items up to £150 for individuals and £300 for families, although these are not cash grants.

Where an applicant is successful, Foundation staff will source the item(s) and arrange for delivery from the supplier. This may include electrical appliances for new homes or being able to cook homely dishes, to bicycles (including helmet and lock) to enable independence in commuting to home and school.

Note this is for item(s) and no cash payment will be made.

Applicants must: Ensure that they have read and understood the guidelines, be a displaced person or family from Ukraine, who have sought refuge in Lincolnshire.
