Household Support Funding For East Lindsey - Status: OPEN
We have been working with East Lindsey District Council for the last 4 years to distribute Household Support Fund on their behalf.

On Monday 5th January 2026, we launched the Final Round of Household Support Funding, this will remain open until March 2026 or until all funds have been allocated when it will fully close.
You can also access help through a variety of support services outlined on our main Household Support Fund page or in the Money Saving Guide.
We remind you that it can take up to 3 weeks for an outcome of whether your application has been successful.
Criteria

Please note whilst there are 2 types of support available but you can only apply for 1, any duplicates will be automatically declined. Please read the both criteria carefully before applying.
Food Support (Supermarket)
- This grant application is open to East Lindsey residents only
- Priority will be given to low-income households who are in the highest need of support.
- Grants will be awarded as supermarket e-gift cards via e-mail of value £100-150 depending on household size
- Please note: this scheme will be strictly limited to 1 application per household
Priority Groups:
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE
- Low income (under £40k for household) & no savings
AND (AT LEAST) ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- change in circumstance / unforeseen event
- pensioner over 65+
- significant health condition or disability affecting daily life
- be a single parent family
Off-Grid Heating Oil Support Scheme
- This scheme is only open to East Lindsey residents.
- Priority will be given to low income households who are in the highest need of support.
- Priority will also be given to households who haven’t received support within the previous round of the scheme (July – December 2025)
- Support will be awarded as prepaid off-grid energy vouchers via email to the value of £300.00
- Please note that you can only apply for either food vouchers or off-grid energy vouchers and not both.
- Please note that this scheme is limited to one application per-person and/or per household.
(Please note that any duplicate applications will be automatically declined)
Priority Groups:
Applicants Must:
- Not be on mains gas.
- Have an account with a registered oil supplier.
- Be in need of a heating oil tank refill before March of 2026.
- Be able to pay the difference between the vouchers value (£300.00) and the minimum delivery cost.
- Be part of a low income household (<£40,000.00 per household).
- Have no savings.
And (At Least) One Of The Following:
- Experienced a recent change in circumstances or unforeseen event.
- Have a significant health condition or disability which affects daily life.
- Care for someone else with a significant health condition or disability which affects daily life.
- Be a pensioner aged over 65yrs+.
- Be a single parent household.
IMPORTANT NOTICE, PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPLICATION
Please familiarise yourself with the full process prior to application, noting that our team will be in touch with you within 3 weeks of the application to give your outcome. Not all applications will be successful and the decision is final.
Only 1 application per Household will be processed, any duplicates will be automatically declined.
Each application is assessed by a member of our grants team on its own individual merit, it is therefore important you give as much detail as you can about your current situation.
